It Tops the Cake was started in February of 2010 and became a small business in New York State in November. As the owner and primary florist, Karen Rowe has a love for all things wedding which is portrayed in the quality and care of her work. It Tops the Cake is located in Rome, New York but because of its online presence is able to ship wedding arrangements both in the United States and internationally.

Karen loves to create new and unique floral arrangements to match the individual styles of each of her customers. Whether it is a single bride's bouquet or an entire wedding decor complete with pew arrangements and reception centerpieces, no job is too big or too small (and no style too outrageous or classic)!
