Payment:
To protect ourselves as well as you, the buyer, we highly recommend payments through Paypal. This ensures your orders are filled quickly and securely. If you choose to pay through personal check, please be aware that we will hold all checks until they have cleared before product shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping:
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail to the 50 states. Orders placed from Canada ship USPS First Class Mail, as do international orders. All orders are shipped within two business days to ensure you receive your items promptly.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our flowers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, simply ship it back within 30 days of package receipt and we will refund your original purchase price, including original shipping. Sorry, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs:
We are more than happy to complete custom orders for specific colors, flowers, sizes, etc. Just convo us for a quote or examples of our work.
Buyer should note that upon completion of a custom arrangement and notification of completion to the buyer, he or she must purchase said arrangement within 14 days. After that two week period, we reserve the right to post the arrangement in our shop and sell it to the open public. This two week purchase period can certainly be extended, but please contact us so we know that you will need more time to purchase the item!
